Helipad
Orlando Health Emergency Room and Medical Pavilion at Osceola features a helipad to allow our Orlando Health Air Care Team quick access to transport patients to a higher level of care, if needed. Orlando Health’s Air Care Team is able to transfer patients to all Orlando Health hospitals, including Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital and Central Florida’s only Level I Trauma Center at Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center.

Our ER features 24 treatment rooms and is staffed by board-certified emergency room physicians and nurses certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and advanced training in trauma-- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our ER features 12 treatment rooms and is staffed by board-certified emergency room physicians and nurses certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and advanced training in trauma-- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All treatment rooms feature the latest technology to help the medical team diagnosis and treat all types of emergencies.
CT Scan
One of several diagnostic imaging services on site, computed tomography, more commonly known as a CT scan, produces multiple images of the inside of the body. Our state-of-the-art CT scanner generates “slices,” or views of the body, for more accurate diagnostic results. Learn more
Medical Laboratory
Laboratory services are available for ER patients and include services such as: routine clinical chemistry, routine urinalysis, hematology and coagulation, microbiology/serology rapid testing, and immunohematology.
