Welcome to our Inpatient Rehabilitation Center. Our center is located within Grand Strand Medical Center. We are here to help you overcome functional limitations brought on by injury or illness. Our goal is help you return to normal activities as soon as possible. Our team provides hands-on care in applying the latest techniques and technologies.
South Tower Entrance
Welcome to our Inpatient Rehabilitation Center located on the 6th floor of our south entrance on Grand Strand Medical Center’s campus.
Patient Room
All of our patient rooms are spacious and private to assure rest following your therapy.
Dining Room
While on our unit, we encourage you to eat all of your meals in the dining room and invite your family and friends to join you. On a clear day, you can watch the sunset over the ocean from the dining area.
Gym 1
Our state-of-the-art gym and team of therapists (Physical, Speech and Occupational) help guide you back to independence through specialized treatments and therapies.
Gym 2
Each patient receives a minimum of three hours of therapy a day with our team of therapists.
ADL Room
In our Activities of Daily Living room, our team of therapists help guide you back to independence.
Team Conference Room
Depending on your individual needs, a therapy program will be designed to help you achieve independence as soon as possible. A team of professionals will be assigned to you to focus on your limitations and develop a plan of care to help you return to normal activities.
Nurses Station
Our nurses and physicians will provide you with the highest level of medical treatment and help connect your family with our social workers and therapists.
